MAKERSPACE / General
The makerspace is the heart of the VFL. Sometimes called the “clean room,” this is where students get acclimated, spread out with a few basic tools, prep files, print 2D projects and it is where VFL classes generally convene. The makerspace also fully hosts 3D printing.
4 computer workstations with a variety of 3D modeling and specialty software are available for use.
No training is required to use the tools or machines in the makerspace. Consult with VFL staff before using any tools or machines that are unfamiliar.
