Pneumatic Stapler

A palm nailer is a convenient way to drive nails without using a hammer or a framing nail gun. The nailer fits in the palm of your hand and uses compressed air to drive the nails.

  • Specifications:
    • Model SLS20SP
    • Opperating Pressure: 70 – 120 psi
  • Safety:
    • Never point the tool at yourself or others in the lab.
    • Keep hands and body parts away from the driving tip where the fastener is ejected.
    • Do not force the tool.
    • Do not drive fasteners on top of other fasteners.
    • If there is a jam disconnect air supply.
  • Usage:
    • Preparing the Pneumatic Stapler for use:
      • Insert the end of the air compressor hose into the nipple or inlet on the butt of the Stapler.
      • Load fasteners (ask if unsure which fasteners to use or how to load)
    • Stapling:
      • Orientate stapler with point down on to job. Keep at 90 degree angle while applying downward pressure to depress work piece contact safety.
      • Squeeze trigger while maintaining pressure.
    • Pressure:
      • Tool designed to operate between 70 – 120 psi.
